The system can provide continuous and on-line monitoring functions, is suitable for the application of rotating machinery, and fully meets the requirements of enterprise standards for this type of system. The system adopts the form of traditional frame structure, which is flexible and convenient. It has a variety of performance and functions that other systems do not have. The system adopts modular design and includes:

VMS8010 chassis frame [required];

VMS8020 requires one or two power supplies (power supply redundancy, which can meet power supply expansion requirements) [optional redundancy];

One communication module of VMS8030 is required [optional];

One or more functional modules of VMS80XX [required];

The above components are described in detail below and in the corresponding data sheet for each system component.

(1) In the VMS8000 status monitoring system, the card slot on the left is the power module; the two card slots on the left are redundant power modules, and the redundant power module is optional. If redundant power is not configured, this card slot is reserved Power supply expansion channel; the three card slots on the left are communication modules, and the communication module is also an option. If no communication module is configured, the card slot is a reserved communication expansion channel. The card slot starting with the 4th digit is the function module card slot.
